The role of psychological contract and internal customer factors in customer commitment to retailers: An applied study on a sample of food consumers

This study aimed to examine the relationship between the study variables, which are (the customer’s psychological contract, the customer’s internal factors, the customer’s commitment, and the retail store), and concluded that there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level of (α ≥ 0.05) for both the psychological contract and the customer’s internal factors on the customer’s commitment to the retail store. There is a statistically significant effect of psychological contract at the (α ≤ 0.05) level on customer commitment to the retail store. There is also a statistically significant effect of internal customer factors at the (α ≤ 0.05) level on customer commitment to the retail store.
