Abstract

In this study, we looked at the functions ordered between two finite sets, focusing on strictly increasing and non-decreasing functions. We also provided mathematical formulas to determine each type of these functions. Additionally, we used Stirling's approximation to study the exponential growth of the number of these functions when the number of elements in the domain is large.
