Abstract

This paper aims to investigate how supply chains' sustainability performance might be improved using artificial intelligence AI in Turkey's manufacturing industries. The study used a quantitative methodology and included 350 manufacturing organizations in its sample, which Based on qualitative and quantitative. Furthermore, the paper highlighted that integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into business operations goes beyond merely advancing technology and becomes an essential requirement for improving sustainability and resilience. However, the study's emphasis on Turkey's industrial sectors suggests that more thorough research covering other businesses and domains is required. In conclusion; supply chain danger management could be greatly impacted by AI, which could have a significant effect on manufacturing in Turkey and possibly globally.
