The impact of the internal work environment on the performance of employees: A field study on the employees of the National Commercial Bank of Marj–tokra branch

The study aimed to identify the impact of the internal work environment on the performance of the employees of the National Commercial Bank in the branches of Al-Marj and Toukrah, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed the descriptive-analytical approach, and collected the data of the study through a questionnaire form designed for this purpose, where the researchers followed the comprehensive survey method to study the study population, which consisted of all the leaders and employees of the National Commercial Bank of Al-Marj and Toukrah branches, numbering (30) male and female employees, and to analyze the data of the study, the statistical package program (SPSS) was used and this study reached For a number of results, the most important of which are: The results showed that the level of the internal work environment of the bank under study was moderate. The results showed that the performance level of the employees of the bank under study was moderate. The results showed that there is a positive and very weak correlation at a significance level of less than (α=0.05) between the internal work environment and the performance of the employees of the National Commercial Bank in the branches of Al-Marj and Toukrah. The study proved that there is no moral effect of the internal environment of work on the performance of the employees of the National Commercial Bank in the branches of Al-Marj and Toukrah.
