Abstract

The study aims to identify community security and its impact on achieving human development. The basic element of human development is the human being, and community security provides him with psychological and moral stability that gives him the ability to analyze, innovate and create, and contributes to supporting social peace and social justice. By preserving community security, the security of society is strong, and any disruption to security is reflected in the achievement of human development. The study's question is: what is community security? And what is its impact on achieving human development? The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, and concluded that through individuals, awareness of their rights and duties, human development can be achieved based on expanding which helps to build a better and safer tomorrow.
