Abstract

frameworks have also developed significantly. For example, legal contracts have become more structured. Construction contracts, for instance, are now governed by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). This federation issues standard contractual templates used in the construction sector. These templates, which cover various contractual forms, are available in different colors, including the Red Book, the Yellow Book, and the White and Orange Books. These templates, issued by FIDIC, regulate the relationship between the employer (the first party), the engineer (the second party), and the contractor (the third party). They contain the general and specific terms and conditions of the contract.
